1. Provide telephone/remote support services: open a 24-hour technical support hotline to provide basic fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and operation guidance services for equipment failures. When it is determined that the equipment failure cannot be eliminated through telephone or remote support, we will dispatch an after-sales service team for door-to-door service as soon as possible.

2. Equipment parts are in stock for a long time. During the warranty period, if there is a failure due to quality problems of equipment parts, we will repair or replace the parts free of charge (excluding equipment wearing parts).

3. After the warranty period, we will perform lifelong maintenance on the equipment provided and provide spare parts support.
